AI version of front cover
After five years, I’ve finally finished making my photobook, ‘Gently Out Of Time’. The book arrived as a result of revisiting and rearranging more than twenty years of photographs stored on my phone and laptop. It’s a record of the recurring visual motifs and subjects that catch my eye every day, along with the unexpected relationships I discovered between photographs taken at different times and in different places. These photographs have also become subject matter for my paintings.
I’m currently taking orders for a single, one off, limited print run. If you would like to order one, this is how it works:
The number of books printed will depend of the number ordered by midnight on Wednesday 25th March. If you would like to purchase a copy, just send me a quick email for the bank details, and make a payment of £30 before the deadline (plus £5 P&P if you would like the book delivered to you / UK only).
By mid-April, when all the books have been printed and returned to me, I’ll sign and number each one in the edition, then post them out (or have them ready for collection from the studio).
There’s more information about the book on the introduction page below, plus examples of some of the photographic content. Note that all 3D mockups have been generated by AI. Some of the images can be clicked to enlarge.
I hope this is of interest and you would like to support the project. Don’t forget, only books ordered by March 25th will ever be printed!
