We’ve come to the end of yet another lovely term of teaching on Wednesdays, where students of all abilities come to enjoy the studio, and to learn more about painting and drawing. Whereas half of the sessions each term are given to teacher led workshops, challenging students outside of their comfort zones, the other half of the term is given to painting subjects meaningful to themselves. During the last session of the autumn term, I asked each student present for one piece of work to photograph to share here on this blog post. I’ve also included a piece by each of the four students I meet on Zoom each week.
